As a firm believer in Whole Person Wellness, I work with clients to resolve issues in all areas and aspects of their lives to support overall emotional wellbeing.
EMDR and Somatic Therapy
I use evidence-based practices like EMDR and Somatic Therapy, which are two powerful mind/body therapies that go much deeper than traditional talk therapy. These methods access the root of your current symptoms and help clear old memories/experiences that are keeping you stuck in the same cycle.
Telehealth & In-Person Therapy
I have weekend, evening, & virtual appointments available to best meet your needs. Therapy is a partnership between you, the client, & myself. My goal is to empower you to enhance your life & maximize your well-being & I aim to provide you with the resources, tools, & skills needed to heal & grow in your life. Walk and Talk Therapy
Walk-and-talk therapy moves therapeutic sessions outside into nature. Sessions can be conducted in public parks or along local trails, incorporating fresh air and physical activity into the therapeutic process. Movement, whether a leisurely walk or a brisk hike, can better facilitate the discussion of feelings. This would benefit clients that like to walk or move around instead of sitting and talking to their therapist in an office or looking at a computer screen.
