I’m Bethany, a trauma-informed therapist using EMDR and Somatic Therapy to help you process past experiences, reduce overwhelm, and step into a calmer, more resilient version of yourself. Therapy with me is down-to-earth, practical, and real and yes, I might even say “fuck” if it fits the moment.

Therapies that Transform
EMDR Therapy
EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) helps your brain safely process distressing or traumatic experiences. This evidence-based approach reduces anxiety, flashbacks, and emotional overwhelm, helping you feel calmer, more grounded, and in control.
Somatic Therapy
Somatic Therapy reconnects you with your body to release stored stress and unprocessed emotions. Through mindfulness, movement, and body awareness, you’ll improve emotional regulation, reduce tension, and build resilience from the inside out.
Walk & Talk Therapy
Walk & Talk Therapy combines talk therapy with the healing benefits of being outdoors. Walking side by side in nature can help you feel more open, grounded, and energized, making it easier to explore your thoughts and emotions in a safe, supportive space.
Therapy is a collaborative partnership between you and me, built on trust, compassion, and mutual respect. My goal is to empower you to improve your well-being, navigate life’s challenges, and develop the tools you need to heal, grow, and thrive. I am in-network with United Healthcare, Aetna, and Cigna. For a full list, please see my FAQ tab at top of page. For those who prefer to pay out-of-pocket, my self-pay rate is $110 per session.
Current Availability
I currently see clients Monday through Thursday from 8:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m.; however, there is a waitlist for appointments after 3:00 p.m.
Friday appointments are available from 8:30 a.m. to 2:00 p.m.
