I am so glad you are here :) I use evidence-based practices like EMDR and Somatic Therapy, which are two powerful mind/body therapies that go much deeper than traditional talk therapy. Both are psychotherapies that enable people to heal from the symptoms & emotional distress associated with unhealed trauma using alternating bilateral stimulation which helps the brain to reprocess memories that were “faultily stored.” These methods access the root of your current symptoms and help clear old memories/experiences that are keeping you stuck in the same cycle.
